Our client, a prominent lumber and building materials retailer, is looking for an Office Manager to manage their day to day accounting activities and IT. Responsibilities will include accounts payable, journal entry preparation, month end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations and collections, and expense and variance analysis.
This position is responsible for the calculation, tracking and reporting of key operating metrics and will be expected to evaluate, establish and help enforce the financial policies and procedures of the company.
Ideal candidates must have a degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of 5 years experience in a retail building supply environment. Familiarity with Epicore is a must.
Pay commensurate with experience.
