Until You Fully Use A Product, You Really Can't Informatively Promote It, So Trust Me When I Tell You These Are My ACTUAL Experiences.
Our Real Life Story:
My husband & I went into Best Buy and liked one of the laptop computers they had on sale for almost $220.00 off regular price:
US (Me :) "I'll take this one"
BEST BUY: Our Geek Squad has removed all the adware
and formatted it for optimum processing speed. It'll cost an additional $119.99...
US (Me:) I don't want that on it. Can you take it off?
BEST BUY: No, sorry, Once its on there we can't remove it
US (Me :) Can I have one WITHOUT that on it?
BEST BUY: We don't have any in stock without it on it.
US (Me :) Okay, I'll take a rain check then.
BEST BUY: We cannot issue a rain check for a computer that we have in stock.
US (Me :) Can I talk to the manager?
BEST BUY MANAGER: (Says SAME THING - We can't ...blah blah blah)
US (Me :) Well we don't want that one. Thank you
We left and called our PPL attorney and explained the situation with BEST BUY.
They told us that Best Buy had to issue me a rain check for the Sale Price. The attorney instructed us to tell them that they had "falsely advertised by citing a price then stating the item was "in stock but would cost MORE"..
We advised Best Buy what our attorney said, and we not only got the computer right then and there but it had the Geek Squad's package ($119.99 value)included and we didn't have to pay for it :) :) :)
If we didn't have access to an attorney, we probably would have just accepted it, and gone on about our day. Its great to have a real attorney to call when issues come up that we would normally, "not even question" because calling a lawyer is just, "too expensive".

Our Initial Reason For Joining:
My husband and i had no will. My Own Experience:
I was let go from a job and it had been 3 weeks and i didn't receive my COBRA application for Health Benefits. I called my PPL attorney and they sent my ex-employer a letter stating that i am to receive my application within 30 days of termination to avoid legal action.
